Centova v3.2.15 updates

The main control web interface, uk4 and de1 have all been upgraded. It doesn't look likely we'll need to do any restarts or there will be any interruption as far as we can tell. It looks like just minor updates to the web servers and control daemons. No updates to shoutcast / icecast / liquidsoap.
Start pages are redirecting correctly again (we override centova's with our own). Our preliminary testing of server creation and usage on de1 shows everything to be fine as far as we can see. We'll continue to upgrade the rest of the servers.
