Windows Media Player Images

Hi Support,

When I click on the link with the .asx extension the audio works fine.

I also get an image which is clearly from our website but from where I cannot tell.
How can we get it to pick up a particular image or stop it picking up any?

Secondly, if I want to change from 64bit to 128 how easy is it to do?

Hi Simon

We think this is a Windows Media Player "feature" we cant control. Its done independent of us we are afraid.

We also changed your bitrate for you. If you require changing it again or back to 64kb, please just let us know. 8)
