Hi Ahmad,
We do not think this is your server account that is causing this. We think its most likely something wrong your end with your live encoder software set up or the actual source audio file itself? Something is making the spoken word recording play back extremely fast and is distorting the audio at the same time.
Have you tried restarting your encoder at all? Does this happen as well when you try playing other audio files?

Hi,
Yes, I have tried different song and audio or even connect radio and all of them are some. I am using winamp right now.

Right ok. In Winamp / Shoutcast DSP what have you got your encoder type / settings set at? Are you using for the Type "Mp3 Encoder" and for the encoder settings of "320kbps, 44100Hz, Stereo" ?
As for your audio files themselves, what format are they in? Have they previously been encoded to Mp3 or another similar format at all?

Yes mp3 encoder with 320 kbps stereo is selected and the audio is in mp3 format now the song is a little good now but still cutting.

i used before 128 kbps so now 320 should be better.
Ok thanks for the info. Yes, the audio does sound a bit better now and seems to be playing at the correct speed which makes us think that last particular spoken word file was possibly corrupted or even encoded incorrectly.
