Upload speed

I have a ques.
I will use 40 kbps(max bitrate)stream for live broadcasting(via sam broadcaster 4.2.2) & for auto dj.
For live broadcasting in 40 kbps bitrate, what upload speed(in kilobyte not kilobit)should I need?

What speed internet connection are you using? Because the average households internet connection would have a more than sufficient upload rate to stream at this bitrate. 8)

I live in Bangladesh. My internet's download speed is 24-35 kbps . In Bangladesh, this is a good speed.
