Upgrading

At what point you should go from 20 max to 50 listeners?
I presume it's if you are hitting the higher teens all the time.
I have been reaching that sometimes although listening figures are quite low at other times.
What would happen if people were unable to get in at peak times , do you have any record of that?

If you are constantly hitting your maximum listeners at peak times then its probably a good time to increase your capacity.

If your stream has hit the maximum listener cap then no further listeners would be able to connect to the stream.
