Sorry but this seems te only way to contact support.
I am trying to log in to the Shoutcast server (the black page, right hand side at the top) to have a look around and see how to if necessary block an i.p. I. have changed the login name to admin (tried both with and without capital letter) and the password is the only one given to me which I use for everything else as supplied with my first email from you.
It is 10 digits auto generated and is the length as shown as black dots on the Configure Server page on your control panel.
I am unceremoniously thrown out!

We just logged in fine with the username admin and the password as given in your welcome email. Have another go.
