UK2 Server latency issues

Hi Guys,

There is a problem with the uk2 server which is suffering from some latency issues. I noticed these start on Thursday of last week (22nd) and continue on to Friday 23rd. Although our stream hasn't been dropping since then, pinging the server shows that it clearly has an issue compared to every other UK based server. I've tested this with Virgin Media and also a BT line, both give the same results, so it's not my end. See below for the trace routes and pings. I did email about this on Friday too, but no reply as yet.

Hi Jez,

Yes to be honest we are aware that uk2 has not been working all that great recently. We are going to raise the issue with our network provider.

All we can offer you for now is to migrate your accounts to our uk7 server instead. We can do the migration so that all of the settings and playlists remain as they are, but the hostname and port numbers will have to change. It might be a good idea that you perhaps have one of your accounts on uk6 and another on uk7.

We have replied to your email, so please reply to that and let us know your thoughts on this. Thank you.
