Trouble with the server

Got a problem with the server this morning it keep turning its self off in the radio server control panel as there a problem with the server or what is there someone trying to hack my server.

Hello, you are trying to broadcast above your maximum bitrate on your account.

"Server ayrshireradio is broadcasting at 48kbps, exceeding limit of 24kbps; stopping".

Change your bitrate back to 24 kbps and you wont have a problem.
