We were having trouble with the buffer latency delay of Shoutcast being much too long for when we do live broadcasts with phone ins (we're transmitting at 64kbps). At the time I was unable to contact support due to email problems (see my previous post), so we just went ahead and set up another PAYG account using Icecast to try this out.
It turns out that Icecast is much better (lower delay), and we're happy to continue using this.
So I'm wondering if we can transfer our PAYG bandwidth from our Shoutcast account (username lifeupgrade) to our Icecast account (username lifeupgrade2).
