Tracks went missing during upload (Auto DJ)

I uploaded a whole load of tracks via FileZilla to Auto DJ. But when I "updated library" only a small number of them moved across.

I've since re-opened FileZilla and they're not there.
Do I need to start again or could they be somewhere? they did all seem to upload successfully but have now vanished!
 
We have checked it out and you havent uploaded your files into the media directory once logged in with FileZilla. We have moved them for you and you should be able to see them in your media library after you update it next.
