Hi kutkal,
As we explained to you in the previous emails that you sent to us, your account was suspended due to your monthly subscription payment being several weeks overdue and therefore your subscription was automatically cancelled.
We can of course activate the account again for you once you are able to make a payment. So just let us know if we can take this payment against the card that you have previously used for this and then once the payment has been taken successfully we shall activate the server account again so that you can continue streaming. We have to take the payment manually ourselves as the previous subscription is now cancelled and we also will need to set the monthly sub up again for you.
