Sometimes in a listener list I see 2 or more listeners with the same IP ,is it normal?

There is a possibility that they could be a stream ripper, or it could just be a user listening with a dodgy player that keeps disconnecting and then trying to reconnect multiple times?

If you are concerned by these multiple IP's then you could always just kick and ban them from the admin area of your server. http://www.internet-radio.com/community/threads/how-do-i-login-to-the-admin-area-of-my-server.29/
