TANGENT QUATTRO doesn't keep the Edited Key when switched off

New Member
I put the key to my Router and I listen OK.
But then, when I switch on the Tangent Quattro again I see on the screen the name on the old Router, and immediately sends me to other routers.
When finally I've found on the screen my new Router, it asks me again Edit the key.
So it works on the moment I Edit the key, but doesn't memorize it.

Both routeres (old and new) are: AR-5387un wireless ADSL2 + Router

We are afraid that we cannot assist you with this as it does not relate to our own internet radio services and we have no experience with the "Tangent Quattro".

We suggest that you contact the makers of the "Tangent Quattro" radio for assistance with this. Tangent - Contact
 
it looks like these devices (which must cost a few Euros!) are resold in ES by a local AV equipment business who under EU law are obliged to support them.

it is not to change the router with an upgrade of broadband connection (often the telephone company sends you a brand new one) so the firmware (either current or updated) should handle this.

Thank you, Alex,
I think the Router is the problem. It's the only one Jazztel gave me. It hasn't much power. The telephone company tlod me to buy them an Amplifier or Repeater Wify. (30 euros, they told me)

I've got that radio in the kitchen, and the router is on the second floor.
