‘Duck & Cover’ is a show dedicated to playing a wonderful collection of all the obscure, strange, weird and downright lousy ‘Cover Versions’ that we can find. Rap, dance, pop, rock, opera, punk, acapella, choral; no genre is off-limits to us!
However, you won’t be alone on this trip into the musical hinterland, as your host on this journey will be Matt McAteer; who will attempt to explain and justify all of our musical choices (and make fun of whatever we find along the way!)
‘Duck and Cover’ is a 60 minute long show (about 12 tracks an hour), filled with sarcastic comedy links and sketches about the music industry. It’d make a great addition to any station looking to add a personality driven music show to their line-up. The syndicated version features no links or references to other stations, and if needed we can make or insert a jingle corresponding to your own broadcast.
