speed conection troubles

my radio is at 128k-30 users

i can not conect to server at same speed maybe my net conection is 1m it works at 64k conect to server if i give other speed the music also change the playing speed music.

then the quality of music drecrease to 64k.

if my internet conection not good i will like to change it for more users at 64k.
