some help wanted native flash radio player

I need some help setting up the flash radio player from these guys
NATIVE FLASH RADIO V2 BIG + SMALL EDITION | SODAH
I dont know wich files to change and what to fill in where
My host for streaming is sv1.uk.streamorbit.com
And port is 8006
Can somebody help me with this problem ?
