Shoutcast Plugin on vB

Hey, I have installed a plugin for vB which is supposed to show the status of my radio, for some reason it is constantly showing Offline. I am Connected via winamp, I have made sure, I listened to it, and everything. My IP and Port and Admin Password are input into the plugin correctly. The only thing I can think of is the port, there were posts in the support forum for the plugin that said something about port 80. Does my port have anything to do with my problem?

Provided you have configured the plugin correctly it is likely that your host has firewalled access to the outgoing port your server runs on. Send them an email explaining what you are trying to do and request that they allow access from your script to the shoutcast servers port.
