SH ROCK seeks DJ's for there station.
Looking for veteran DJ's or newbies to do shows. We play mainly Hard Rock/Metal from 90's - present (Auto DJ Playlist). However, our current DJ shows also play Classic Rock, 80's Hard Rock/Modern Rock and Progressive Rock/Metal. We also cater to independent/unsigned artists as well that get mixed into our playlists.
Some of our current shows include:
Jim Santora Show Rockcast - Three hour program featuing the best new music and feature interviews. Many artists interviewed have included members of Saliva, LA Guns, Kopek, Deuce, Taproot, Four Year Strong, King's X among others.
Jawdy's Basement - Three hour program featuring the best in progressive rock/metal as well as other great hard rock.
Some requirements for being a DJ include:
- Must have your own version of SAM Broadcaster
- Must be serious about DJing with SH ROCK (we get alot of people and then once we are ready to move forward, they back out. So know that you def want to be involved so we do not waste each others time)
- Must play Rock (If you play a mix of Rock/Hard Rock/Metal that's perfect). We just want to stay away from playing pop music....
Some of the perks:
- Getting new music (Our station will provide you with new music for your show if you choose to use them for your program)
- Having multiple shows (Most of our schedule is open, so a DJ can take advantage and have more than one show if they choose)
- Personal SH Rock mailing address (Look like a pro with your very own djname@shmusicmedia.com e-mail address.
