Server wont start??

Hi, when I try and start my server I get this error come up,

We have manually restarted your server for you. It appears to be working correctly.

Let us know if you have any further issues.
 
My password doesn't seem to work, and the email account I used has been deleted, is there anyway of getting the password reset?
 
Hi BBT. Send us an email mentioning your username and the email address you would like to have on your account.
 
I've been having this exact same problem and having searched for a solution could only come across this thread.
Any hep would be greatfully appreciated.
