Server seems to need re-starting everyday

[rocketradio]

1. whenever I go to my control panel for the first time each day now, the server has stopped and needs re-starting?

2. I keep getting emails, saying my server is going to be suspended because I owe 10gb of bandwidth (but i currently have over 200gb in my account).

3. I still can't see my little people on my maps, despite restarting the server as suggested.

any help would be appreciated
