Sending The Stream To An External Source?

Is it possible to send our stream from http://uk3.internet-radio.com:8076/playoutalpha to http://playoutalpha.thewolfonline.uk? Because our stream is blocked on certain computers that we use because the servers do not like us connecting to urls with ports in it.

Please help in anyway possible. We are okay if it isn't our domain but if there is a way we would appreciate it.

None of our links are working on these devices when connected to the network. What is worse is this network we cannot access to change. If there is anything that you can suggest we would appreciate it.
