scheduling & autodj

Hi,

I have a playlist rotation playing on standard rotation, and I have a scheduled 2 dj sets to be played at 9pm tomorrow night. Will the scheduled music override the standard rotation & kick it at 9pm? or will I have to disable the standard rotation at 9pm for the scheduled to kick in?

Hi adamvirus,

The AutoDJ does not ever interrupt a track midway. So it will play the track through to the end before the scheduled playlist kicks in. This would only be a matter of minutes depending on the length of the track and how far into it it was come 9pm. But if its an hour long mix for example, it could also cause the scheduled playlist to kick in upto an hour later than expected. If that was the case, just use the "skip this song" function.

Its always worth bearing this all in mind when creating your various playlists.
