SAM Broadcaster 4 Unable to import music with USB?

Hi all,

I have been using SAM Broadcaster 4 for many years now and never had a problem. Recently I've moved all my music from my PC onto a USB stick and removed all my playlists through SAM. I've now made a brand new playlist in SAM and attempted to upload music from the USB onto my playlist. Nothing happens. Any help?

Hi Jake,

SAM probably only allows files to be added to a playlist from your local drives. The read speed of your USB stick is likely to slow.

I use sam and i play my show from usb stick, make sure when you load the music you keep the stick in until you finish playing

you but you need to keep usb hook up to the computer, if u take it out the songs will not play

cos i have sam broadcaster4 and sam pro and people are telling me that they don't work on win10

Sam 4.2.2 works in Windows 10 (If you can manage to install it that is)
Sam 4.9.1 I know will crash out.
Best thing to do is to email support.spacial.com to find out if your version is compatible if you are unsure.
