Join The Retro Attic this Saturday night, 5/10, at 8 PM eastern for 2 hours of classic and obscure melodic rock on Retro AOR, The Retro Attic Of Rock! In this show, we will be spotlighting 1982; you will hear cuts that were on the album rock tracks chart on 5/10/82 as well as some whose videos you may remember seeing on MTV. If you miss the days of guitar solos, melodies and keyboards, then you will want to tune in; if the show gets enough positive feedback, then I may make it part of my regular programming!
The Retro Attic is a legal 24/7 internet radio station that has been around since the spring of '11. During the weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM eastern, we spotlight classic and lesser-played top 40 hits from the 50's through the 80's through 4 decade blocks(1 hour of 50's, 2 hours of 60's, 2 hours of 70's, and 2 hours of 80's). The rest of the time focuses on minor hot 100 charters, bubbling unders/looking aheads, and non-charters along with a dash of other top 40 hits. We also have a Featured Artist Of The Month; May showcases Bobby Darin and June will have Elton John.
