Is it possible to have my djs ( who are in other area's ) "broadcast" streamed to my studio first, which then allow me to do my speaker over as he/she plays and i then re-relay this, as though it was the original source of the broadcast/stream.

This is technically possible but would require a fairly complex setup to achieve. You would need to have the DJ's stream to a radio server which you would then have playing in the background of your PC. You would then have your mic plugged in and broadcast the soundcards 'Whats Playing' (which includes the stream / mic) to a second (main) server.
