Relay another station??? Can't get it to work yet.

What do I enter to have my account relay another station? I'm getting error messages:

Stream path: (mount point http://158.69.4.114:8089/stream2) contains an incorrect value
Relay URL: (mount point http://158.69.4.114:8089/stream2) contains an incorrect value

What are the incorrect values? Please tell me exactly what goes in each area.
