Hello,

Is it possible to broadcast live with SAM Broacaster two or more persons from different places or cities, using the same stream link? I ask this in case those two or more broadcasters want to do a live show participating all of them, as I say, from different cities.

the presenters can be from different locations, but, only one computer can run the live stream at a time. You can look into ways of connecting a skype call or discord group into doing a live show together with multiple people Or have each person do a different show at a different time.
 
As MasterzRadio said you can only have one live source connected at a time, unless you have an Icecast server and make use of the mount points but you still would not be able to share the same stream url.

But what you wish to achieve is not possible other than by following MasterzRadio's advice.
