Question about Payment Option

Hi All just a thought I wish to throw out there....

I am in the process of totally revamping my station and will need to look at purchasing a music licence again later this week - I am also looking for presenters from around the globe as well as pre-recorded shows - what are your thoughts on charging presenters and pre-recorded shows a £5 monthly fee to help with licence, running costs etc.....
I will obviously stop this once any sponsorship was obtained but it shows thatI am serious about running a quality station... it would also stop presenters from just vanishing...

Thoughts appreciated - it is just a thought at this time...

not a good idea no what you need to do is find compenys that will pay you for advertsing them eg playing there advert every half hour and promoting them on the radios website

My thought too to be honest - i will scrap that idea
