Payment Invoice on Centova Cast v3

Hi, on our new server we've noticed that we can no longer print off our receipt or invoice when paying online for our PAYG bandwidth, which we need to be able to show.

Is there a way of doing this in v3 of Centova Cast? When I've just paid more bandwidth the page just refreshed with our updated GB of bandwidth but no confirmation for us to put into our accounts.

Any help would be appreciated, as the last time we paid for more on the server (which was when we first changed over to v3) we got a confirmation note.

Hi Bay Trust Radio,

No, the VAT receipts were never available from within the control panel in either v2 or v3. But we are going to make these available from there in our forthcoming updates over the next few months.

As always, we recommend our clients just email us at Contact Internet Radio to request such receipts.

Your control panels "Payment History" now shows your purchase yesterday at 19:35. Its likely it just had not updated itself at that point which you had looked. This can take a little while to update itself as well as also your remaining bandwidth after usage.

We can also see our email system sent you a purchase receipt for this at 19:35 to your "info@" email address? It might be worth checking your spam folder just in case.
