Our Server Stream Keeps Dropping Out

The Internet-Radio server keeps dropping out and going offline. This is stopping us from broadcasting to your server. Please can you help?

Yes we can see from our server logs that you were trying to stream at a bitrate of 384kbps when your limit is a maximum of 320kbps. This is why your server kept stopping itself.

We are broadcasting at 128kbps on all of our streams so how is this possible??

Our server logs show that you were trying to broadcast at 384kbps. You would have also received automatic email notifications about this from the server.
