no service

Hi I have just joined and cannot seem to get my broadcast to operate ......the home page is showing me as off line ...any help would be apreciated

Checking the logs you appear to have connected and even had some listeners tune in. Are you still having trouble ?

Not realy.but when logging on I get service..but get a message source not connected ......then after some time it connects.............i am using Sam by the way.....is there allways a delay when connecting sam .and the broadcasting software .and if so how much of a delay . thanking you in advance. :happy:

Hi Deadfrog. There should be no delay. We have never heard of this sort of problem. It usually either connects or doesn't. Have you turned off your firewall to see if this could be the problem ? We also recommend trying from a different PC to see if you get the same issue.
