No Access To Server Or Server Control Panel

Hello,

I have been having issues with my icecast server from this morning, The issues i am having are not been able to log into the server and also no stream coming from the server,

I am using the correct username and password (unless i have been hacked ) all payments are up to date dont understand why im not getting access to my cpanel....can someone please help ASAP?

Hi Callum

This is because we transferred your Icecast account over to a Shoutcast Server as you had requested. We sent all the new login details to your email account yesterday for you.

Have you not recieved these?

Hi Callum, we checked this after reading your original post and that was the email address that the details were sent to? We have forwarded the details again to you at that address. 8)
