New V3 Servers - Not Reliable

New Member
We have recently moved onto your new servers and since doing so have been off the air a number of times.

Again tonight logging into the server does not work

Why?

Are you sure you are entering the correct user details when logging into the new server? Also, you should be logging in now via https://control.internet-radio.com:2199/login/index.php and not the previous https://uk1.internet-radio.com/ which is for the old servers.

Yes I was logging in using the correct details, tried different PCs and it made no difference.
 
Ok. And you was definitely using the new server login on the servers page for Centova Cast v3 and not the old Centova Cast v2 login?

Because other than that, we really cannot see why you would not be able to login to your new server?
 
Server Not Working - Again !

I am again trying to log into our server and again it does not work and we are not broadcasting.

Tried IE and Chrome from two different computers in different high speed broadband connections.

Why IR do we keep having these problems?

Hi Simon,

We, nor any other users are having any problems with logging into the uk4 server. The issue seem to be your end with the details you are entering we are afraid. You are either using the incorrect control panel login as we have already stated above, or you are just entering your username or password incorrectly

We just now successfully logged in via https://control.internet-radio.com:2199 with your account username and password. So we are 100% sure it is something you are doing wrong your end.
