New User Cant connect

Can anyone help me?

I have followed instructions and tried to connect in the shoutcast source output window, howerer it just wont connect. I have entered the info from the original e mail i recieved , port and password and in the address space i typed http://cp2.internet-radio.org.uk but it just wont connect.


Could someone point me in the right direction. its not my firewall as i turned it off to try!

Have you logged into to the control panel and started your server (i.e. turned it on ? ). It could be as simple as this.

If not send us an email (contact@internet-radio.org.uk) with your username and all the settings you have in your encoder. We will help you sort out the problem.
