Low Transfer Rate

Hello...I'm not very computer savvy so bear with me...I use Edcast to broadcast a web based radio station. Just now, the LIVE show I was doing went down, and I noticed the Edcast is showing transfer rates between 40 Kbps (and not connected) and fully connected, thereby disconnecting my program from LIVE. Can someone tell me what this might mean? Transfer Rate..???

(would this indicate a bad internet connection??)

Hi there, yes this sounds as though this is down to your internet connection and the rate (speed) at which it can transfer the data of your stream. Hope this helps and makes things a bit clearer. :)
