Well guys I had a blast working with the team over at Iconic Extra but felt like it was time to find some new surroundings. They are a fab bunch by the way and some are now friends for life.

I deliver a mixture 0f 70s,80s 90s and now with a fair bit of banter along the way (3 hours).Using Vdj and have also used SAM Broadcaster.

Looking for a start in a few weeks currently got a perforated ear drum (its healing)

I definitely understand your frustration. In some people's defense I will say that in order to run these stations, owners have full time jobs that they also work. Which is the case with William. I have pressed him on this tonight and am waiting to hear back. It took me a month process to become a dj there myself, because he was moving at the time. But it definitely is a great station with a nice website. I honestly don't think it's a matter of saying no thanks we're not interested here. Our owner William responded to me, even before I submitted an application. I think it's just a matter of patience in some cases and contacting more than once.

Thanks Kay, I'm not at all desperate to join the station. I also work full time but find the time to respond to emails.

The bit I'm struggling with here is why ask for applications at a time when you're too busy to reply?

We play a mix of music on Radio Stylus, and love 80's. One thing I will say is, we are a family friendly station, so no adult content, no swearing. But we are very open minded, as an LGBTQ+ supporting station, and we have a fun and friendly chat room, where you can interact with our listeners.
