hi we are starting up a community internet radio to help kids with additional needs get job experience and learn a bit about recording and producing radio shows, could someone please tell me what licence we require we plan to play recorded music in he shows

what country are you in? the licensing agreements vary across the world (and how strictly they are enforced also varies depending on the station size, output and genres of music played).
