Just stopped working

Mmmm, Sorry, will re-edit this post make it sound better, was supposed to be a reply to another forum section.

Quite a few times now since originally purchasing data storage to use as a shoutcast server, it has gone offline, sometimes for a short time, others like now for over a day.

I have no problems connecting to the server via my dj software once the server is running, it actually getting the server to run, I seem to be constantly getting this message now.

Stream could not be started: Server exited immediately after startup. :

I not altered anything, it wa working one moment, then radio went dead, reloaded main site, noticed server was offline, so pressed start again, and just keep getting that message.

Ignore last message,
The server keeps shutting itself off, was lucky to get 13minutes first try, then less than a minute second time,

If I connect the server and don't stream anything through it, then it stays connected.
The problem seems to be once it gets used, and I not want to keep trying it and wasting bandwidth, plus it making me look bad as a DJ every time I am having to put another radio on when mine going down.

My Remaining Bandwidth: 146.18 GB
Is there any chance of a refund for the bandwidth I have left? or is it a case of once paid that's it?

I need to find one I know I can trust to stay up 99%+ of the time, even if the deal not as good as this one.

We have Figured out your problem. You are trying to broadcast at 128 kbps when your server is set to 64 kbps :

Server dejayleena is broadcasting at 128kbps, exceeding limit of 64kbps; stopping

This causes the server to stop.

We have increased your max bitrate to 128 kbps so you should be fine now ?
