Hi Ashley. Take a look at the Ofcom site and check what community radio stations exist in your area (I assume Bristol/West); especially any newly / recently licensed ones or those which are being queried about their key committments (which is nearly all of them) Many of them are desparate for any help and very few people volunteer for the Station Manager job (and having worked with a few I can well understand why). Of course that does not prevent you being a presenter as well...
