How to make a mobile web radio player?

I know i can use some directory, and even than that idea actualy works for me in the future, i love to have some mobile web radio player just next to the radio player on the website of my radio.

Any idea where i should look?

Maybie there is no tutorial about, but if you tell me about certain "X" proyect in "Y" internet address, or than with certain "L" Language you can do it, and some stuff than can help me to do it, would be very, very apreciated.

I've actuallly been wanting to have an app made to stream my station from so people would have to go into thier phones web browser to listen. I think having my own app would help promote and gain more listeners. is there any way that is possible?
