How to get music License in USA

As far as we are aware, for US internet radio licensing you need to speak to 'Soundexchange'.

We do not think the origin of your radio's content is that relevant, but more so the location from which you intend to broadcast and the locations that you are broadcasting too. Say for example you only intend to broadcast to India, then you may only actually require a license from the Indian licensing bodies.
You may need to do some additional research to confirm this information is correct though. We would advise contacting Soundexchange for advise on this. You will probably want to research multiple countries to check other licensing requirements as well.
