HELP! Icecast server won't work in any outside streaming player

What happened with the US2 server? When I log in to Centova, it says that my server is active but not receiving any signal. But NextKast is online and my Shoutcast stream is playing just fine. Using my IceCast quick link give me an OOPS error. Can you PLEASE get things working again? I have the subscription on my IceCast feed because that get the most traffic, so I'm definitely losing listeners when it's down.
