We hope that you see this post.

We have been trying to email you back the last two days regarding your recently created trial account. However, your email address "studio@aaa...." is repeatedly returning an error message saying your mailbox is unavailable and its therefore permanently failing.

As we have no other contact details for you, please could you email us from another email account so that we are able to assist you with this. Thank you.
 
When I worked as a pro broadcast engineer in the 90s/early 2000s I always had a direct phone number or email address into either the CTA (Central Technical Area) of nearly every studio of Europes broadcasters; at London, Manchester, Hilversum and all the regional studio and transmitter centres, as well as PTT (telecom company) installations. It was not the same number that folk would call for a radio/TV phone in nor the studio office; or to report your telephone or cable TV defective, and you'd only find it in an internal phone directory or circulated to key suppliers for obvious reasons.

Your ISP often lets you open more than one email account but identifiable to your domain/brand - its worth using this facility.to create something similar.
