Encoder connected, source still offline

Hello,

I can connect with encoder, but source status in control panel stays offline, and listeners can't listen, how can I solve this ?

Edit: I did "Reload server", and no it seems to work again

Edit2: Spoke too soon, offline again

Edit3: Problem solved, for some strange reason it was sam on my pc, sorry for the inconvenience.
