Change Bitrate

Hello Just wondering is there a way of changing the bitrate so i can stick auto dj on as i made a mistke last time by just uploading then to the server and only a few songs was playing i have tryed audiocity but that is hard i dont know how to convert them

The only way to change the bitrate of a file is to re-encode it we are afraid.
