Cannot upload shows anymore

Why have they put a limit on the size of the file you can upload. I want to upload a 2 hour show and because its over 200MB its saying "its too big"

I always used to be able to upload this size show

WHOSE BRIGHT IDEA WAS IT TO LIMIT THE FILE SIZE!!!

There is no file size limit in place and we have not recently changed this?

I would suggest that if this ever happens again that you try again uploading any large files via FTP transfer instead.

That means NOTHING to me, look at the screen shot YOUR system is telling me the ENTITY is too large, I have NEVER had this before???

Its not on, I pay you for a servive, can you kindly investigate why this is suddenly happening

It does it in both Safari and Chrome browsers
