Cannot see media files in CP.

Im at my wits end now.Went through all the steps in the guide using filezilla,everything seemed to go smoothly(files successfully transfered) until i went to my Internet radio CP.Enabled auto dj and went to playlists etc,but can not find any media at all.I am sure the bit rates,mp3 etc were correct when transfering them.Where are they ?.Please can somebody help me and guide me to where i am going wrong as its very frustrating.Thanks in advance.
