Cannot log in old control panel either new one

Cannot log in old control panel either new one, i tried log ine old control panel but when i put my password and username nothing happens... Can someone help me ?

The old control panel has been replaced my a much improved new control panel. All your existing account data and functionality is there along with many improvements and new features. We have emailed you with your new details.
