Broadcasting from two individual audio sources simultaneously

Hi, I want to run an internet radio but i need to broadcast two independent music files simultaneously. Something like when you have music in file music.mp3 and voice in file voice.mp3. And you must run both to broadcast a song. Is this possible?

You could do this by playing both files simultaneously in a program such as Mixxx or Virtual DJ for example.
