Auto DJ how to get the thing to work???

Hello All
I am having issues with the Auto DJ, have read up extensivelyand watched numerouos tutotials, I know its something simple that I am missing but cant find out what, hence I'm here!

I have a general rotation file which I am understanding is a file that will play music when Live DJ's are not on air?
However when I set a scheduled playlist, it just does not come on ... I tried it several times last night and nothing?

Also I have a welcome tag which was working last night but today it appears not to be?

Another questions, when I have auto DJ and a live DJ wants to connect does he have to go and log into centova with the login and passowrd I created and disconnect before he can log on to the stream?

Your help would be gratefully received as about to though my PC out the window!!!

Do you host your station with us? What is your account username please if so?

Tracks on the Auto DJ playlists are never interrupted mid-track. So if a longer track was playing just before another scheduled playlist was due to start, the system would wait for that track to finish, hence why your playlist was probably not starting exactly on the scheduled time. If for example the track playing is an hour in length, it will run for the full hour before a scheduled playlist kicks in.

In regards to the live / autodj switch overs, this depends on what server type you have, Shoutcast v1 or v2 / Icecast?

user Name is Conscious Sounds and yes we have an account with you the Shoutcast we use is V2.3.3

I've done that and now when I restart the server it comes up with this

We cannot find any account called "conscioussounds" on record? Are you sure that you host your station with us on our own servers? Is it registered under a different account username?

Also, we only have a few server accounts here running Shoutcast v2 athe moment and we know who each of those accounts are?
